@Veiled Well,there is this site and Twitter.There are also hashtags for Instagram that work simmilar to the Reddit example i posted below(#commissionsopen,#commissionart or#customdrawing,#hireartist,#hireartists)
and various (r/ArtBusiness,r/ArtCommission r/ArtCommissions, r/ArtStore, r/Commissions, r/DrawForMe,r/HireAnArtist, r/HungryArtists) subreddits where you could advertise as well.There is DeviantArt as well.
